Our Shipping Advantage
At Zelligerar, we provide a streamlined and efficient shipping experience. By operating our own dedicated shipping lines, we maintain greater control over logistics, which allows us to offer our clients highly competitive delivery times and reliable service. Our goal is to get your custom zellige tile order to you safely and on schedule.
Shipping Process & Quotes
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are calculated on a per-order basis. Because every order is unique, we provide a custom shipping quote tailored to your specific needs.
The shipping quote is determined by several factors, including:
- The total quantity and weight of your order.
- The volume (dimensions) of the shipment.
- The final delivery destination.
After you place your order, we will promptly provide you with a detailed shipping quote for your approval. Production of your order will proceed after design approval, and shipment will be arranged once the shipping quote is approved and paid.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our direct control over our shipping lines allows us to offer dependable delivery schedules. Your estimated delivery timeframe will be provided along with your shipping quote. While we strive to meet these estimates, please note that they are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs processing at the destination port.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility in Tetouan, Morocco, we will provide you with a tracking number and relevant details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Please be aware that Zelligerar is responsible for shipping your order to the designated port or address. However, the recipient (you, the customer) is solely responsible for all customs clearance procedures and any import duties, taxes, or fees that may be levied by the destination country.
We recommend you contact your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
